Webster pages, love them :)

Hi there all my lovely scrapping friends :)

I have a new LO to share today. This is a design team layout I did for my LSS, 'The Imagination factory' Ive used some gorgeous Webster pages goodies. This is a photo of my daughter, when she was about 12 years old. I love the colours in this collection, and once again, my Cheery Lynn doily dies are getting a work out. I dont know how I ever survived without a sizzix machine.... I am developing quite an unhealthy addiction to dies... It may have even over taking my border punch obsession I think :)

These cute little flowers are really simple to make. I used the Websters trim which is part of this collection, and simply adhered 2 layers to a circle I cut out of cardstock, then finished off with a chipboard button which is also part of this collection.
Well thats all for today, but please call back in towards the end of the week, when I will announcing my next scrappy giveaway :)  Oh, and Alanna ( who won the last box of goodies) should be recieving her happy mail any day now.

Have a wonderful week, or whats left of it. And  big thankyou to you all for taking the time to leave me such lovely messages xx

Today, I have a layout to show you that I did for the PENCILLINES design team.  This is an awesome sketch, provided by one of the very talented DT girls  Carina Lindholm.  I also followed the criteria for the GET PICKY challenge for October. We were asked to create a layout based on the word 'Celebrate'. This is the sketch

And here is my layout. A photo of my daughter at her 21st birthday party, which she celebrated just a few weeks ago. I just love these papers from The girls paperie, and have used them lots lately. I love the pretty grungy look they have ( Im sure theres a propper name for that look?) I had some fun messing the background paper up a little more with some splodges of tea, and some ink :).

And now, Id like to announce the winner of my first blog giveaway. Thanksyou so much for everyone who took the time to leave me a message. I wasnt quite sure how to go about drawing the winner, so i put everyones name in an icecream container, and got my 6 YO to draw the winner. And the winner is
