My Kaiser DT application

i thought I would share my DT application with you. I was really happy with what I did. I am still on cloud nine about being accepted onto the design team, and cant wait to get started. There are some amazing scrappers among those chosen, Ive added links to all their blogs, so go and check them out... Anyway, here are the layouts i did.... This first one is done using the " Devonshire " range, which is my favorite Kaiser range



This next one is a double layout ( shock !! ) done using the " tea at Elsies " range... I used some gorgoeus photos of my son and niece playing in the backyard....




And this next one is a layout I did of my 16 yo son, wha is absolutely passionate about his guitar, luckily we have a big house, and we are up one end, and him and his guitar are up the other :) . Ror this layout I used the Kaisercraft "rewind" collection.

i will post the other 2 DT layouts next time, cos this is becoming a mega post... thanks so much to everyone for the words of support, and the congrats...... It has really meant alot :)

I was selected for the Kaisercraft Design Team...

Somebody pinch me, I just cant believe that they chose ME ??? I am so excited, and shocked !!! the new lineup looks fabulous, the work the ladies have done is awesome... Call in to the Kaisercraft blog , and see who else made the DT ... and check out the beautiful work....

Im off now to call everybody i know to tell them my good news.. LOL

A new layout to share :)

Hi,

Its been a while, I am still recovering from my surgery, and just havnt had the motivation to scrap, but i finally got the urge to create again yesturday, Ive been wanting to scrap this photo of my son, with our 2 little piggies for a while, I love these October Afternoon papers, as you can see, the last 2 lo's Ive posted, i have used them on.... But being on a farm, and having LOTS of farmy photos, this range is perfect. How cute are those little pigs?. My kids love them, and unfortunately, so does our little Cavalier king charles spaniel, she thinks she is a big tough sheep dog, and rounds up the poor little pigs into the corner of their pen. BUT, pigs grow really really fast, and they will get their own back on her real soon !! LOL.

Published in Creating Keepsakes... heres the LO...

Hi,
boy has it been a tough few weeks, my operation turned out to be way bigger than I thought. i was in hospital for 9 days, and havn't really been able to do much of anything since... thank god for my parents, they have helped me so much.... But I am feeling tonnes better in the last 2 days, and have even ventured into my scrap room too :) Im getting itchy fingers, and want to get back to it.

I am excited this month, as I have had a LO published in Creating Keepsakes, and I also have a Project featured in this months Scrapbook Creations :) yay me !!!!! The LO below "Our piece of paridise" is in Creating Keepsakes.... the photos are just random pics showing what goes on in our daily lives on our farm in Victoria... I LOVE these october Afternoon papers......



Well thats it for today, Im hoping to get some scrapping done this afternoon when the little guy is in bed :)
