Off to Hospital....

Hi,
I just called in to let you all know that I have to go to Hospital tomorrow morning, I will be having an operation, and will be in hospital for a week.... Its nothing too serious, and I should be fine by the time i get home..... im hoping to come home next monday, or Tuesday.... I will miss my computer, and my online buddies, and you can be sure, its one of the first things i will do when i get home...

KAISERCRAFT Hey Birdie layout......

This is just a quick post, because i wanted to share a cute little layout i did using the " Hey Birdie" range from kaisercraft. This is a really cute range, and its really fun to play with...... i did a layout of my Daughter, taken a few years back, at that lovely "pre teen" stage, the look on her face says it all i think. LOL.....

SICK SICK SICK !!!!!

Thats us ATM, we are all sick, seem to have been for weeks..... Ive got bronchitis, the little kids have tonsillitis, DH is dying and is sicker than all of us ( you know how it goes , lol ) The colds and flu's have been constant since my 4 yo started kinder, does anyone else find that ?

I havnt done much scrapping lately, not from lack of wanting to.... Ive just been to sick, or too busy blah blah !!! Ok, thats enough grizzling !!! Its a beautiful early winter day here today, the sun is shining, and if you dont go outside you wouldnt even know that it was only 5 degrees out there !!! Yep, 5 degrees.... Its FREEZING !!! But I dont mind the cold, I would rather cold than hot anyday ..... And we have a really good heater :) DH is busy ( really busy ) sowing the crops. It takes about 60 days all up, they have been at it now for about 12 days !!! So just a few days left..... :) We just bought another farm too, so he has given himsef even more work to do.... He loves it though.

OK, a layout !! This is one I did of my 5 kids a little while back. i love the photos.... And those Prima flowers are to die for arent they ?? theres lots of freehand cutting again in this LO.... I dont think I ever leave a piece of paper as it is, I usually cut it up into bits... Its very cost effective too, saves heaps on expensive embellishments .....

SO much happening !!

HI :) ,

I havn't posted for a while, my life has been way too busy of late. I feel like Im always in the car.... running people where they need to go !!! My son played his third game of footy for the season yesturday, and we ended up in emergency for xrays ... Turns out he has broken his thumb, he is in plaster, and wont be able to play for around 6 weeks. He isnt happy to say the least, nor is his coach !!! But I did get some good photos, and have already planned the LO Im going to do !! LOL..

Im busy preparing my Kaisercraft DT application, and doing other DT stuff, so i havn't done any other scrapping lately . this LO below is one I did a few weeks back, of my Daughter and I. She had a little boy ( yes, Im a grandmother ) back in October, and this is his birth, what an unforgettable experience that was.... What an honour to be there .....



Well, thats it for today, I can hear my little people getting into mischief !! LOL
