Hi,
And what a beautiful day here in sunny Victoria. We have just gotten so used to it raining here, it is such a blessing to have some sunshine, and a temperature above 7 degrees :) .... I have been spring cleaning all week. There was mould in places Ive never seen it before eeewwww!!!!

Today, I have a mini album to share with you. I very rarely do them, but this one of my daughters "firsts" was really fun, and I now plan to make one for each of my 5 kids. I am still to finish the rest of this album, I still want to do a first smile, and first birthday page. But here it is anyway. Ive used the latest range from Kaisercraft called "Candy lane". the 2 latest ranges "candy lane" and "homemade" are gorgeous, so do yourself a favour, and call in to the Kaisercraft blog and check out what the other girls on the design team have done with them. Theres some awesome layouts and BTP projects.

Thanks for looking, and thankyou everyone who has left messages, I love to read them, so keep em coming

Another layout, and some BIG news :)

Hi, and happy Sunday to everyone :)

Today I have another Kaisercraft layout to share with you all. This one is some photos of my daughter, using this gorgeous new range called "Candy Lane". When I first saw it, I was a bit worried about what I was going to do with it, but now I am totally loving it, I have done this layout, 3 cards, and an OTP Mini album, and still have lots of ideas for other things :) . I will share the other projects Ive done with this range in the next post.

OK, now for the BIG news............................. I made the Design team for THE BOXX , YAY !!! I have had to sit on the news for a few days, but I am just so excited, that I had to share it as soon as I was given the OK. They have fabulous challenges, and a fantastic friendly group of members. I cant wait to get started. Oh, and my Kaisercraft buddy Leanne Allinson is on the DT there too.

Ok, thats it for today, thanks for calling in, and please leave a message so I know you have been :) Have a fantastic week... I will be back to share some more in the next few days

Homemade.....

Hi there,
A quickie today, I am blogging over at Kaisercraft this week, and this is the first layout I did using the new "homemade" collection.... I love this photo of my 3 older kids, watching patiently for any signs of whales at Warrnambool. We did eventually see some that day.

This closeup was my first attempt at trying to give my chipboard letters a "rusty metal" look. It didnt turn out too bad, but Ive got a few more ideas I want to try before i share how I did it :) ...

well, that all today, I will be back to share a few more projects Im working on soon. Thanks for calling in.... have a great week

More christmas cheer.....

Hi, and happy Sunday,

it is an absolutely beautiful day here in Victoria. 22 degrees, the sun is shining. I am off to do some spring gardening. I just have a few little bits to share today. A few Christmas decorations I made for the Kaisercraft DT.

First are some christmas tree baubels. Kaisercraft have bought out some gorgeous wooden decorations this year. I painted mine in pinks and aquas, and used some Jo Sonja crackle medium, to give them a bit of a shabby chic look.

Next, I made some Christmas serviette rings, using Kaisercrafts "Tis the season" range of papers. The first one " the basic serviette ring" was a tutorial I did, and you can find it HERE . The second one is a personalised ring, with a photo of one of my sons. I plan to do these for each person this Christmas.

well, thats it for today, thankyou for calling in, and please leave a message, so I know you were here. Lots to share with you this week, featuring Kaisercrafts 2 newest ranges "Candy lane" and "homemade".

It a bit like groundhog day. I said the same words in my post last Friday too. GO COLLINGWOOD !!!!! lets hope they can get this thing won tomorrow :) ......

i have a little share for you today. Yep, its another Kaiser layout, using the tis the season christmas paper. The challenge was to create a non christmas layout with this range.

Just look at this gorgeous little face. its my 2 yo, Harry, "smiling" for the camera. he has done this for months now, everytime he sees the camera. He thinks he looks great.

Well, thats all for today. Got lots more to share next week, featuring Kaisercrafts October releases....

Have a great weekend,
